The service

BedRevive offers educational lessons, activities, reflections and, on some plans, an AI coach to help you build intimacy in your relationship. Only you need an account; your partner does not.

BedRevive is not therapy, medical care or a crisis service, and it does not guarantee any outcome. If you experience pain, a medical concern, or feel unsafe in your relationship, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Respect and consent

Every activity is an invitation, never an obligation. Only do what both you and your partner freely want, and stop whenever either of you wishes. Do not use BedRevive to pressure, deceive or harm anyone.

The AI coach

Coach replies are generated by an AI model. They are informational, can be wrong or incomplete, and are not professional advice. Use your own judgment, and do not rely on the coach in an emergency.

Plans and payment

BedRevive is sold as a one-time access pass with no free plan. A pass gives access for 3 months from the day you buy it. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and include VAT where it applies. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Buying another pass while yours is running adds 3 months after your current end date. When a pass ends, your access stops but your progress is kept, so you can continue with a new pass. Upgrading to the AI plan during a pass costs the price difference and keeps your end date.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: email privacy@bedrevive.com within 30 days of a purchase and we will refund it in full. A refunded pass ends straight away.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your first purchase within 14 days by emailing privacy@bedrevive.com, and we will refund the full amount.

Content

The lessons, activities and other content in BedRevive belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use. What you write in the app remains yours; you allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep BedRevive available and improving, but we may change or pause features, for example during maintenance. If we make a change that significantly affects your paid plan, we will tell you in advance and you may ask for a refund of the unused part of your pass.

Ending your account

You can delete your account and data at any time from your profile. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that result from how you choose to use the guidance.
